HEAD COACH
WADRIAN WALLACE

Coach Wallace has led Andress High School Girls Basketball for 12 seasons, building a program defined by excellence, discipline, and Maroon & Gold Eagle pride. During his tenure, he has compiled a 259–113 record, guided the Eagles to 11 UIL playoff appearances, and captured four consecutive District Championships from 2017–2020. His teams have also produced 19 college basketball players, including NCAA Division I athletes.
Coach Wallace works alongside a dedicated staff who coach multiple sports at Andress and have found success at the lower levels, winning district championships while helping develop student-athletes year-round. Together, they emphasize leadership, accountability, and preparation for success beyond high school.
Under Coach Wallace’s leadership, Andress Girls Basketball continues to represent Eagle pride through hard work, loyalty, and a commitment to excellence on and off the court.
ASSISTANT Varsity COACH
Lorena Colon

Coach Lorena Gonzalez has been a cornerstone of Andress High School athletics for over 12 years. As the Head Volleyball Coach and a longtime assistant with the Andress Girls Basketball program, she plays a vital role in developing student-athletes across multiple sports. Her leadership, organization, and commitment to academic and athletic excellence help ensure that athletes are successful both on the court and in the classroom.
Coach Gonzalez has contributed to numerous district championships and playoff appearances at both the varsity and lower levels. Known for her steady presence and strong relationships with athletes, she helps foster the culture of discipline, accountability, and Maroon & Gold Eagle pride that defines Andress athletics.
ASSISTANT COACH
Rashad Pritchett

Coach Rashad Pritchett has been a key part of the Andress Girls Basketball program for 10 years. In addition to his work at the high school level, he coaches Girls Basketball at Nolan Richardson Middle School, where he plays an important role in developing future Eagles. His dedication to teaching fundamentals, discipline, and confidence helps prepare student-athletes for success as they transition to high school competition.
Coach Pritchett has experienced success at the lower levels, including district championships, and brings that winning mindset to Andress. His commitment to mentorship and player development strengthens the culture of accountability and competitiveness within the program.
ASSISTANT COACH
Ronald Collins

Coach Ronald Collins has been a valued member of the Andress Girls Basketball staff for five years. In addition to his work with basketball, he serves as an Assistant Track Coach, helping develop speed, conditioning, and overall athletic performance for student-athletes across multiple sports.
His energy and attention to detail play an important role in the program’s daily preparation and player development. Coach Collins contributes to the culture of hard work and discipline that defines Andress Girls Basketball and supports the continued growth of Maroon & Gold Eagle pride.
